Hiya Peeps!
This morning I woke with an email from another blogger friend giving me the heads up that Papelitos Stamp Challenge blog has one of my cards there under "DT Inspiration".
Now seeing as no one in their right mind want to be associated with them, I left a comment on the post asking them to remove my card as I did not give my permission to use it for that challenge. The comments is waiting approval. Needless to say, it will never be published! I need to also mention that when they just started, I was approached by Christina and asked if I had wanted to be on the DT. I had a look at her stamps and thought - why not! We would receive stamps on almost a weekly basis, and her style had changed DRAMATICALLY!! If you are an artist, your way of creating does not change overnight!
The first warning flags went up when she emailed us all an image claiming it was one of her "older" drawing. I immediately recognized the image as on of Sureya's on Deviant Art. Sureya has awesome talent and I follow her almost obsessively! She was also suppose to sponsor some of our challenges and I feverishly had to scramble to get new ones! Then the pawpaw hit the fan (so to speak). It was all over Facebook. She had several different artist art in her store claiming to be her own. When confronted about it, she said she had permission to use and sell them. Only thing is, she could never back up that claim, and the artist also knew nothing about it.
What to do!!
I reported her to Blogger's legal department for Copyright Infringement.
Here is the email :

Let's see what happens!!
**** THE UPDATE ***
Blogger had gone ahead and removed her complete post. I see now a few hours later she has the post up again with "other" cards.
I need to say that I am not a fighter. I live in my Crafty little world where everything is peaches and roses. But this person has now gone too far. She has little regard for other's and just keeps on coming back.
So I had just left her a very nice comment (which will never get published!) telling her that every time she uses a card she is not suppose to or whatever!, I will be right there to report her to blogger.
WHOO-HOO!!!!
