Card Patterns Sketch 72 Challenge

Hi Crafters!

I couldn't resist entering Card Patterns Sketch Challenge hosted by LeAnne Pugliese.  Here's the sketch:

And here is my card.  I had great fun making this.  It was perfect timing, a few days before the challenge I had a thought to make a quilt looking type of card, so the idea was festering in my mind.... and then the challenge!  Great fun!  I hope you like my card!
