And another challenge!

Here is another card I made for yet another challenge.  This is my second post in like an hour.  What do you guys do when entering 2 or 3 different challenges on the same day?  Do I put everything in 1 post, but will that then not be difficult for the DT members to have a look at the cards?  I don't know, any tips?

Challenge Time

Hi Crafters!

Well, we've finally moved and kind of sorted our stuff.  When I mean kind of sorted our stuff, I mean... : We have no closets in the house, so currently 1 of our beds are a make shift closet.  It's actually quite horrendous.  We've moved into a very big farm house.  My in laws also lives in the house.  We are going to divide the house, we have our own yard, and so do they.  So currently we are still sharing a kitchen, we are using a bathroom on their side....  Our bathroom is being build as we speak, and then we are going to build the closets, then the kitchen....  AND THEN ... we are going to build on 3 more rooms, 1 a tv room for the adults as we don't like watching cartoons with the kids the whole time, 1 an extra bathroom, and then my Scrap room.  And financially speaking, this is going to take a long time.  We have planned everything, and have some very nice ideas, but with nice ideas comes nice prices as well!  So in the mean time, I have a make shift scrapbook room in our would be kitchen.  This house has huge potential, so I just keep reminding myself of that to keep sane....

On a roll today!

Hi Everyone!

I'm on a roll today!  Had the change to make 2 cards for different challenges!  So in my previous post I have mentioned that I am the worst blogger in the world.  So my new year's resolution is the following.  I will do at least 2 cards per week for different challenges.  By the way.  I hate new year's resolutions as they never last, don't you agree?  I feel I need to say this.  I make about 30 -50 cards per month.  I sell them in various stores around here.  I need to make some sort of income to support this addiction.  So really,  making 2 cards per week for challenges and then blogging them shouldn't be that difficult , should it???

OK.  Here is my card.  And here it goes!  Meet Alicia.  She is my fairy and will be out and about shortly with different poses etc.  I am so proud of myself.  My husband said he will have to adapt our doors and make them bigger so my head can go though.  But really.  I have tried to paint before and do all sorts of artsy stuff,  never really tried to draw, and thought because I suck at painting and so forth, drawing is the last thing I should try.  I had this image in my head for a while now.  Begged and pleaded with my husband to draw it for me, cause as far as drawing talent goes, he's definitely got it!  But after a few months, and him drawing other stuff like anime woman with huge ...hmm.. well, I decided that I shall do it myself.  And this is the result.

Challenge Time!!

Hello Everybody!!

So I've just realized that I'm probably the worst blogger in the world!  Seriously!  My last post was somewhere in August.  Shame on me!!

In any case.  I hope you've all had a wonderful December so far!  Getting into the Christmas spirit this year is a challenge on it's own this year for me.  We are moving to our new house between the 26th until we are done, which can be no later than the 31st!  How fun is that.  We haven't even put up our Christmas tree yet.  I'm seriously still deciding whether or not to do it.  What do you guys think?  Would you put up your Christmas tree if you know your busy moving??  Suggestions?

Busy Busy Busy!!

Hi Crafter's!!

I have been terribly neglecting my blog.  I have been busy making cards for a local shop who sells them for me.  Had to get my stock up!  Hope you've all had a wonderful weekend.  Is it just me or is the weekends simply too short!  I sometimes suffer from insomnia, so I'm feeling very tired today, yesterday etc.  It will pass soon - I hope.  My 2 boys have been a bit sick this past week, but they're all better now and up to their usual naughty selfs!  Here's a picture of them:

So here is a few cards I made this past 2 weeks.  Sorry for the bad images.  I packed them and only then took the photies!
